Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the service you selected and the message you write. That is the whole of it — there is no account to create and nothing else is requested.

Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, to quote on work, and to communicate with you about a project you have asked us about. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list and we do not send unsolicited mail.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or trade personal information. Your enquiry is transmitted by our email delivery provider and stored in our business email account. Both are bound to keep it confidential. We will disclose information only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are retained for as long as tax and company law requires.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, ask that it be deleted, or object to our use of it. Write to us and we will act on your request within a reasonable period and at no charge.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, but we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small and access to it restricted.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
