How much does a logo or company profile cost?
Every job is quoted as a fixed price after a short conversation about scope — no hourly billing and no surprises at the end. Get in touch with a rough idea of what you need and you'll have a written quote back within one business day.
How long will my project take?
A logo and identity is usually two to three weeks, a company profile one to two weeks, and a business website three to four weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly feedback and content come back from your side.
Do I own the artwork when we're finished?
Yes. Full ownership of the final artwork, including the original vector files, transfers to you once the project is paid up.
What files will I receive?
For logos: vector EPS, AI, PDF and SVG for print and signage, plus PNG and JPG for screen — in full colour, single colour and reversed versions. For print work: press-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Often, yes. If your mark still carries recognition we'd rather modernise it than throw it away. If there are no guidelines in place we'll document the rules as we go so the brand stays consistent afterwards.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Regularly. We're based in Cape Town and work with clients across South Africa over email, phone and video calls — most projects never need a face-to-face meeting.
How many revisions do I get?
As many as the work needs. We don't cap rounds on the chosen direction — the job isn't finished until you're happy with it.
How do payments work?
A deposit to book the work in and start, and the balance on approval before final files are released. Payment terms are set out in the quote.
Can you handle printing and signage?
We supply artwork built correctly for your printer or signage installer and are happy to deal with them directly. We don't mark up print, so you buy it at cost.
Do you offer website hosting and email?
Yes — hosting, SSL, domain pointing and business email can all be set up and looked after, so there's one number to call when something needs attention.
