FAQ
Common questions, straight answers
What if I can't explain what I want?
Most people can't describe it in words — they recognise it when they see it. So we don't start from a brief alone. We study your business and your market, then show you distinct directions in real context. You react to something real, and we narrow from there.
What exactly do I get at the end?
A complete identity, not a folder of files you're afraid to open. Vector EPS, AI, PDF and SVG for print and signage, PNG and JPG for screen — in full colour, single colour and reversed — plus guidelines so anyone you hand it to uses it correctly.
How long does a project usually take?
A logo and identity usually runs two to three weeks, a company profile one to two. Fast, because there are no handoffs — decisions are made between you and Raymond. The biggest variable is how quickly feedback and content come back.
Do you handle the printing too?
We supply press-ready artwork — correct bleed, crop marks, colour profile and resolution — and we're happy to deal with your printer or signage installer directly. We don't mark up print, so you buy it at cost.
What if I don't like the direction?
You see distinct directions before anything is locked, and we choose together. There's no cap on refinement rounds, and the balance is only due once you've approved the final work — so you never pay for something you haven't seen.
Why not just use a cheap online logo maker?
A logo maker gives you a shape. What you're paying for here is a mark that works at every size, the colour and type system around it, and files your printer can actually use. If a template genuinely fits your stage, we'll tell you.
